Results
Patients were randomized to one of three groups: acanthopanax senticosus + lithium, fluoxetine + lithium, or placebo + lithium. Patients randomized to receive acanthopanax senticosus or fluoxetine showed significant improvements in HAMD and CGI scores compared to patients randomized to receive placebo.
