Results
In this 6-month, double-blind, placebo controlled study, 78 postmenopausal, schizophrenic women were randomized to receive either 60 mg of raloxifene or placebo as an adjuvant treatment. The treatment group showed greater improvement in negative, general and total PANSS symptoms after six months of treatment. No improvement in positive symptoms was observed between the groups.
