PANSS, cognitive battery, hormone assays, MADRS, involuntary movement ratings
Results
Twenty-four post-menopausal women completed the study. Nine women received raloxifene, seven received HRT and eight received placebo. There were no significant differences between groups on psychopathology ratings. Patients treated with raloxifene had a significant improvement on the discrimination index of the Hopkins verbal learning test, but no other cognitive measures.
