Results
Only 5 children completed the medication alone arm, 18 completed the CPS only arm and 17 completed the CPS + medication arm. The sample sizes were too small to allow for reliable comparison. However, the CPS group showed improvements in oppositional behavior, YMRS, GAF, and CGI scales as well as parenting stress and expressed emotion. The CPS + medication group showed improvement in oppositional behavior, YMRS, CGI, and GAF but not in conduct problems, parenting stress or expressed emotion.
