Results
Twelve subjects with treatment-resistant mania were enrolled and eleven subjects were included in the data analysis. No subjects in the donepezil group and 60% of patients in the placebo group met response criteria of > 30% reduction in YMRS. There were no differences between groups on the HAM-D or BPRS.
